What is FireCheck?
FireCheck is a fire door inspection of all fire rated doors. DH Pace inspects fire rated doors to the most current NFPA guidelines and provides complete documentation of the inspection. Currently, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) use the 2012 edition of NFPA 101 – The Life Safety Code which states fire doors must be inspected annually.
Can DH Pace install fire rated labels in the field?
DH Pace has certified inspectors that can field label doors, frames and hardware in the field.
Can DH Pace provide the service to bring fire doors compliant?
DH Pace are distributors for all the major door, frame and hardware manufactures. With teams of technicians at all of our locations repairs and replacements can be completed.
Do other types of doors need to be inspected regularly also?
NFPA requires egress doors to be inspected in certain types of occupancy including assembly, day care, education, and residential board and care. If the healthcare facility has any of these occupancy types, certain egress doors must also be inspected annually.
